                             RESOLUTION NO.   19883 
                  
                  
                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY FINANCE
                   OFFICER TO ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH
                   TELEMANAGEMENT, INC., TO PROVIDE CITY-WIDE
                   TELECOMMUNICATIONS CONSULTING SERVICES FOR A
                   PERIOD OF SIX (6) MONTHS AT A FEE NOT TO
                   EXCEED TWENTY ONE THOUSAND, SIX HUNDRED AND
                   NO/100 DOLLARS ($21,600.00) PLUS REASONABLE
                   EXPENSES.
                  
                  
                                                    
                  
                  
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the City Finance Officer be and is
       hereby authorized to enter into an agreement with Telemanagement, 

       Inc., to provide telecommunications consulting services for the
       City for a period of six months beginning with the date of
       contract signing.
       	    	 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the fee for such services
       shall not exceed $21,600.00 for the six-month period plus
       reasonable expenses as included in the contract and as limited by 

       the travel policy of the City of Chattanooga.  Scope of the work
       to be done is as specified in the contract proposal attached
       hereto and incorporated herein by reference.  Additional work to
       be performed will require submission of an additional proposal 
and
       review by the City Council.
